Join me for a gentle sunset flow by the sea under the first full moon of the Year of the Horse. Move, breathe, and exhale together.

Join me under the (nearly) full moon to move, breathe, bend, and soften. A time to come together and welcome in a new week in a lovely way ~ unwinding, coming back to what's important, and letting go.

This will be the first full moon in the Year of the Horse according to the Chinese Lunar New Year. Align with the energy of independence and rapid forward motion. Following the introspective and preparatory Year of the Snake, the Horse year is characterised by a desire to break away from routine, act decisively, and pursue life and dreams with passion.

Held at sunset by the sea, this nourishing class offers a moment to listen gently and orient toward what's next...without rushing, forcing, or fixing. Just noticing what comes up in the shared space.

Themes for the evening:
What sets something alight within you? What does your heart want to tend to? What are you needing to let go of to align forward?

Expect a gentle, juicy flow, big breaths, meditation, reflection, and connection as the sun sets.
