Afro Movement Academy(AMA) Classes 2026 is a monthly movement experience designed to bring people together through culture, rhythm, and intentional training. Held on the last Friday of each month, these sessions focus on building consistency, refining technique, and deepening cultural understanding.

This is more than just learning choreography. Each class includes a guided warm-up, foundational drills, choreography breakdown. We focus on musicality, stamina, expression, and discipline in a supportive and empowering environment.

Open to all levels, these sessions are for anyone who wants to grow as a dancer, connect with the community, and move with purpose. Whether you’re new to Afro movement or looking to sharpen your skills, you can expect high energy, cultural respect, and a space that challenges and uplifts you.
