About the Mini Retreat

This retreat is designed for anyone craving a pause from the constant demands of life. Over a nourishing morning, you’ll gently awaken your body, settle your mind, and restore your energy through mindful movement, conscious stillness, and deep relaxation.

Our February Mini Retreat includes a mindful tea workshop with Fei from Seven Teas, where you’ll slow down, savor each sip, and reconnect — with yourself, with nature, and with the quiet joy of ritual. Guided with warmth and intention, Fei will show you the basics of traditional tea brewing while inviting you to experience tea as a form of meditation and self-care.

No experience is needed — all bodies and levels are warmly welcome. This is your space to simply be, restore, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and grounded.
