Move and Meditate with Sophie in 2026
Join a weekly Tai Chi session with Sophie every Tuesday in 2026.
Join our facilitator, Sophie, as she introduces you to Tai Chi movements that will help you discover better balance, mobility and coordination. Sophie’s class includes mind and body exercises that will combine movements with meditation and deep breathing.
Tai Chi Improves blood circulation, moves stagnant energy and brings new vitality. It increases blood flow, reduces stress, enhances breathing and improves muscle flexibility, joint mobility, balance and coordination.
No experience is necessary, so why not join in and discover a new form of wellness.
Please note: The class meets weekly on Tuesdays from Tuesday 13 January to 30 June 2026, from 10.00am to 11.00am.
Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring your own water. You only need to register once to be able to attend the full course. If participants miss 3 or more consecutive weeks without notifying staff, then they may forfeit their booking.
