Join a weekly Tai Chi session with Sophie every Tuesday in 2025.

Join our facilitator, Sophie, as she introduces you to Tai Chi movements that will help you discover better balance, mobility and coordination. Sophie’s class includes mind and body exercises that will combine movements with meditation and deep breathing.Tai Chi Improves blood circulation, moves stagnant energy and brings new vitality. It increases blood flow, reduces stress, enhances breathing and improves muscle flexibility, joint mobility, balance and coordination.No experience is necessary, so why not join in and discover a new form of wellness.Please note: The class meets weekly on Tuesdays from 4 February 2025 to 23 December 2025, from 10.00am to 11.00am (there will be no class on Tuesday 29 April, 20 May, 16 September, 14 October, 16 December and 23 December) and session on 9 December will be from 9.30am to 10.30am.Please wear loose comfortable clothing and bring your own water. You only need to register once to be able to attend the full course. If participants miss 3 or more consecutive weeks without notifying staff, then they may forfeit their booking.
