We understand that self-care is a rare luxury for you, finding a babysitter seems impossible, and having a moment alone in the bathroom is a distant memory. Sleeping without a foot in your face or waking up at 3 am is your reality, with snotty noses showing up every six weeks.
We recognise your efforts QUEEN and want to honour you for holding everything together.
On this special day, Koko's is offering you a chance to embrace being an adult. Engage in adult conversations with other Mamma's, pretend you're not a mum if you wish, afterwards snack on non-slobbery healthy snacks, or simply sit quietly and surrender to the day.
You will be welcomed and invited in for a relaxing Cacao & meditation to set intentions leading you into transformative discovery of Spinal Energetics and Sound Journey to embrace your inner wisdom and vitality.
Once finished and as an added extra we’ll shower you with positive vibrations, a glass of juice and charcuterie board snacks for grounding before you step back into the world rejuvenated.
Most importantly filling your cup with more of those kick ass vibes you naturally posses.
Helping you to unwind your nervous system and find some clarity with your Mamma journey and your everyday life situtions.

WHAT IS SOUND HEALING ?
Sound healing is an ancient wellness practice for healing, relaxation, and self-care.
Sound vibrations have a very powerful effect on our minds and bodies. Research shows us that sound healing can slow down our brain waves and put our bodies in a very relaxed, dreamlike state. It may also helps with certain physical and mental health conditions, like a symphony of locks and keys where the sound unlocks energies clearing them from the body.
In this session the sound healing will allow you mind, body and soul to be swept away with sounds made by various instruments and crystal singing bowls.
