Cruise Time: 5:30pm – 8:00pm
Check-In & Boarding: From 5:00pm
Location: Pick up & drop off at Queens Wharf Ferry Terminal
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure to ensure a smooth boarding process.

👗 Dress Code

Smart casual.
For safety reasons, high thin heels are not permitted onboard due to stairs and deck surfaces. Short chunky heels are acceptable.

• Heels Policy - The MV Calmer features steep stairs, so for safety reasons, pointy tall heels are not permitted. However, small chunky heels are allowed!
• Authorised ID: Photo ID Required – don’t forget to bring it along.
• Events are operated under strict licensing and RSA regulations. Please drink responsibly.
• All under 18s must be acompanied by a parent or guardian.
• Buffet lunch included - menu items advised is indicative only and subject to change without notice
• Specific dietary requirements cannot be accomodated. This event features a fixed set menu. We’re unable to cater to individual dietary requirements, allergies, or substitutions. Food is prepared in a shared kitchen, so allergen-free meals cannot be guaranteed.
• Drinks available for purchase with cash or card -
• We do a seating plan! If you want to sit together, create a Group Name (e.g., “Smith Family Table”) and have everyone include this in the 'Surname' field when booking their tickets.
• Strictly NO BYO — bags may be checked at boarding
• Heel policy: No tall or pointy heels due to steep stairs
• Keep personal belongings with you at all times
• Cruise will go ahead in most weather. Rainy conditions are not a problem — plenty of indoor space
• Cruise duration may include embarkation and disembarkation
• Accessibility limited — wharf and vessel cannot accomodate wheelchairs. Please contact us before booking for mobility enquiries.
• No prams
• Professional photography and video may be captured - By purchasing a ticket and boarding the vessel, you acknowledge that photography and videography may occur during the event.
