MOTHER'S DAY BRUNCH MENU

Pastry section: freshly baked croissants, assorted muffins and donuts, waffles and scones alongside assorted seasonal fruit jams, maple syrup, whipped cream, lemon curd and honey.

Cold buffet: seasonal sliced fruit, marinated berries and stewed fruits, yogurt, chia and muesli pots, assorted cured meats, fresh vegetables with house-made dips, fresh garden salad, gourmet cheese selection and assorted finger sandwiches.

Hot buffet: breakfast sliders, pork buns, seafood dumplings, stuffed mushrooms, baked potato rosti, Italian sausage, beef and cheddar empanada, mini duck wellington, crispy bacon with maple syrup, fried rice, stir-fried vegetables, curry and roti chef cooking station.

Dessert buffet: chef's selection of cakes, tarts, petit fours and more!
