Some snacks and a whole lot of love.
No fixing.
No advice unless it’s asked for.
No one trying to be the “good mum”.
We come together because mothering can feel lonely.
Because some days we are full of light and other days we’re dragging ourselves through dust.
Because we are holding babies, toddlers, teenagers and still holding the younger parts of ourselves too.
You don’t have to arrive sorted.
You don’t have to be positive.
You don’t have to share if you want to sit quietly and just breathe.
Just come as you are.
Heavy.
Soft.
Cracked open.
Glowing.
Tired.
There will be cacao.
There will be snacks.
There will be women who get it.
A place to exhale.
A place to remember you’re not the only one.
