Dare to Change Therapies presents – Mother Earth Sound Medicine Your facilitator, Catherine Marty, will guide you on a meditative journey using powerful imagery of nature, combined with plant music and sound healing instruments such as drums, flutes, vocals, chimes and percussion. The powerful imagery is designed to take you to the natural world and to connect you with Mother Earth, by opening up your senses and experiencing plant music so you can forest bathe indoors. The healing vibrations of sound are woven throughout the journey so you can experience deep meditation, relaxation and energetic shifts. What is plant music? Catherine will be collaborating with plants by using a Plants Play device, which is able to perceive the electromagnetic variations from the surface of plant leaves and translates them into sound. The plant music will help you to connect deeper with the natural world.
