In this class, you will learn basic poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods to help you improve flexibility, reduce stress, and feel more balanced.  Just bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothes, and come as you are!

MULTIPLE REGISTRATION

Please note the following limits for registration due to the popularity of the courses:

- Maximum of three (3) English classes per student, per semester

- Maximum of one (1) Mandarin class per student, per semester

- Maximum of one (1) Tai Chi class per student, per semester

- Maximum of one (1) Line Dance class per student, per semester

- Maximum of one (1) Yoga class per student, per semester

- Maximum of one (1) Zumba class per student, per semester

REFUND/TRANSFER POLICY

No refunds or transfers.

Please select your course carefully as we are unable to provide refunds for change of mind or enrolling in the wrong course.

MOSAIC Centre will offer full refunds only in the event that a course is cancelled.
