Mortal Conversations
Pull up a chair for an open, thoughtful conversation about death, dying, and what really matters in life.
Mortal Conversations is a gathering inspired by the global Death Café movement. There's no agenda or lecture, just a welcoming space where people can share stories, listen deeply, and explore what living and dying mean to them. You'll also have access to helpful resources about advance care planning, making your wishes known, and exploring options that honour your values and beliefs.
Whether you're curious, grieving, or simply reflective, you'll find warmth, honesty, connection over tea and biscuits, and practical tools to take the conversation home.
Come as you are. Everyone is welcome. Let's make it a space where talking about death brings us closer to life.
This event forms part of our 2026 IC Open Access program.
