Mood, Stress & Sleep Management with Somatics & Natural Solutions.
Come as you are. Leave feeling more resourced, settled and connected to your body’s natural capacity to rest & enjoy life.
This session is an invitation to slow the nervous system down and come back into relationship with your body.
In this gentle, experiential class, we explore practical ways to support mood, stress and sleep through simple natural solutions, fascial unwinding & somatic awareness.
Many of us are carrying stress, disrupted sleep, emotional overwhelm and mental overactivity because our bodies have learned to stay switched on. Over time, the intricate network that holds it all togerther tightens, breathing becomes shallow, sleep doesnt come easy and our mood follows the rhythm of tension rather than rest.
When we arent feeling supported in these ways the effects ripple out and create dis-ease in all the systems of our being and lives including hormonally, relationally, digestively, literally everything becomes compromised.
Hayley Fleming from Earthed Intimacy in NSW is returning to WA to facilitate this event for us to learn about using essential oils intentionally to support the nervous system, sleep quality, emotional balance and daily stress cycles. This includes understanding how scent, touch and ritual work together to signal safety to the body.
You will be guided through accessible fascia release practices that help soften holding patterns in the body, particularly those connected to stress, fatigue, and emotional load. We will explore somatic awareness tools that help you notice how stress shows up internally, and how to respond in ways that create safety, regulation, and steadiness rather than pushing or overriding yourself.
This session is suitable for anyone feeling wired, tired, emotionally stretched or simply curious about more embodied ways of caring for themselves. No prior experience with somatics or essential oils is needed, this offering weaves science, sensation and lived experience together in a way that feels deeply human and doable.
Byo things to make you feel comfortable to sit and lay and a pen and journal for note taking.
Wear whatever makes you feel cosy and sleepy. No need for active wear for this one.
