Each month we will explore a new theme and topic in line with the energy of that month’s full moon.

✨ Cacao Info:

Cacao has been used for centuries in different cultures as a tool to facilitate a reflective & meditative experience that focuses on the heart space.

Due to the active medicinal properties of Cacao, it is possible to experience a state of heightened awareness, which opens us to deeper-stored emotional densities that are ready to be seen, felt & released.

The euphoria-inducing properties of Cacao help us to connect deeply to the love, & ultimate truth, that sits inside our hearts.

When we sit with Cacao with the intention to open ourselves & our vulnerability, Cacao has the potential to create a profound yet gentle inner experience of heart transformation.

** Please note: If you are currently being treated for depression, Cacao may not be the medicine for you. The tryptophan and monoamine oxidase inhibitors of the Cacao are a bad mix with anti-depressant medicine. Can cause severe migraine, or worse. Please get in contact with me to discuss if this is a consideration for you.

• Avoid caffeine at least 3 hours before
• Refrain from eating 3 hours prior for a deeper experience
• Hydrate well before and after the ceremony
• Ground yourself post-ceremony with a nourishing meal if you feel floaty or spacey
• Dress in all your gorgeous YOUness ... for movement, comfort & beauty

Cancellation Policy:

Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable to another person for the same ceremony.

➡️Please note that this event is subject to cancellation if fewer than five tickets are purchased. The organizer reserves the right to cancel and issue refunds at the last minute in such circumstances.

Kerstin is an accredited Holistic Health Coach. She is supporting women to live in more health, wealth & harmony by balancing their bodies & home from the inside out. Focusing on reducing toxins from their immediate environment, balancing the energy of their home with Feng Shui & test-based nutrition to support their beautiful bodies on a cellular level is the essence of her work.

Kerstin is originally from Germany and lives in Darwin with her partner. She has been a holistic house sitter for the past 8+ years which led her onto her journey to Low Tox Living & Feng Shui.
