    Begin your evening with a relaxing 45-minute iRest Yoga Nidra meditationled by Jennifer. iRest is a research-based meditation practice that has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and insomnia while promoting a sense of peace and clarity. This deeply restorative practice invites you to connect with your inner self and experience profound relaxation and healing.
  • Relaxing Sound Bath:
    Following the meditation, Carolyn will guide you through a soothing Sound Bath. The gentle vibrations and harmonizing tones of the sound bath will help to quiet your mind, release tension, and prepare your body for deep relaxation. The sound bath promotes a sense of peace and well-being, making it easier to enter into a meditative state.
  • Tea and Light Snack:
    After the meditation, we invite you to stay for a cup of tea and a light snack. This is a perfect time to gently reawaken your senses, connect with other participants, and reflect on your experience.

About Our Instructors:

Jennifer Berridge
With 35 years of experience in the health and wellbeing field, Jennifer is a Certified iRest Meditation Teacher, Remedial and Chinese Massage Therapist, Japanese Needle Therapist, and Yoga Therapist. Jennifer’s extensive knowledge and gentle guidance help create a deeply nurturing environment for all participants.

Carolyn Acuna
An Advanced Level Yoga Teacher with over 13 years of experience, Carolyn has also completed Levels 1&2 of the Sound Healing Course with Lama Tendar from the Medicine Buddha Tantrayana Meditation Centre. Her expertise in sound healing enhances the calming and restorative effects of the session.
