About the Project
Storyscape is working with Money for Jam to produce a short film (approx. 5-7 mins) that captures stories of impact from the women involved in the project. Over this 2-day workshop women will be invited to reflect on their Money for Jam journey, and be supported to make a film that tells their stories. Following is a brief outline for the 2 days.
Day 1: 8th November
* Creative activités that build technical skills for filmmaking
* Working together to develop a concept and storyboard for the film
* Creating a filming plan/shot list
Day 2: 22nd November
* In groups, work through the shot list and film interviews and cutaways
* Review footage together and discuss the edit
* Develop an editing schedule (those that would like to participate in the edit after the workshop may learn and help out at Storyscape’s office in Fitzroy)
* Plan the film launch
