This is a time to nourish yourself looking at the beautiful Mollymook Beach, enjoying Mother Nature as its best!

Gentle and slow flow with breathtaking views and refreshing ocean breeze that will leave you renewed, rejuvenated and grounded.

Where: On the grassy area next to the Surf Club in Mollymook (near the car park)

What to bring: Yoga mat, small towel, comfortable clothes, water (please drink a lot of water after the class, very important after Reiki), sunglasses and your absolute presence.
