MOD. at the University of South Australia is Australia’s leading future-focused museum, provoking new ideas at the intersection of science, art and innovation. MOD. aims to inspire young adults aged 15+ about science and technology with dynamic, changing exhibition programs, showcasing how research shapes our understanding of the world to inform future possibilities.For visitors it is a science experience like no other, a tourist icon bringing together the general public, researchers, students and industry to interact, learn and be inspired - creating what is Australia’s boldest, and South Australia’s only, interactive public science and creativity space.

Come to MOD. every Wednesday for your dose of your weekly ‘peace.’ Attached to the WAGING PEACE exhibition, the lunchtime meditation classes are hosted in our Future Gallery amongst the sleep pods.  It is said that a lack of rest can decline your cognitive performance to that of alcohol intoxication of 0.05% blood alcohol content. Research has shown that meditation appears to make measurable changes in brain regions associated with memory, sense of self, empathy and stress. We ask you to join us in our weekly meditation classes, to embrace, and learn how to WAGE (inner)PEACE with Simone from LUME Pilates and Movement. Tickets available in the link and at the MOD.
