We all know how damaging disposable nappies are for our environment - so join me in this sew-along workshop to learn how to sew your own re-usable cloth nappies!

In this three hour workshop you will make an AI2 (all in 2)modern cloth nappy. This is a waterproof outer shell with a stay-dry lining and removable soaker pad insert. The nappy has fully adjustable front Velcro closures, as well as front snaps for adjusting the nappy size as your baby grows. It is designed to fit babies from approximately 3 – 14kgs (new-born to three years). The workshop cost includes a nappy kit containing all the materials you need to complete the nappy and soaker, valued at approximately $20.

You will also take home a full set of useful workshop notes to guide you at home when making your own nappies.

This course is suitable for those with basic sewing experience, who are confident using the sewing machine.
