Our one-stop shop of coffee workshops and professional development education programs where we work with you to support your learning goals. <P><SPAN>Collingwood Coffee College is the education hub of Proud Mary Coffee. In our mission to skill the industry, we believe that leadership is critical. To walk the talk we have designed two leadership and management programs that are a series of consecutive 2-hour workshops and to make them accessible to you we are facilitating them <SPAN>for anyone </SPAN><SPAN>who would like to grow their career and complete the entire program or those whom may just want specific professional development. </SPAN></SPAN></P>
<P><STRONG>This workshop is free and all you need to do is register to join in. </STRONG></P>
<P>Model high-level behaviour is the first session of our Level #1 Management &amp; Leadership Program, designed for Supervisors, Team Leaders, Frontline Managers or anyone curious about what is leadership and the role of a frontline manager. During this 2-hour session, we <SPAN>outline the management responsibilities and how a frontline manager can actively model high-level behaviour to lead positive relationships, manage stress and develop a manager’s mindset.</SPAN></P>

<H3 CLASS="MsoNormal"><STRONG>DELIVERY</STRONG></H3>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal">Our Management and Leadership programs are facilitated by our industry and education professional, Lisa Feeley. Lisa joined Proud Mary Coffee Roasters in 2015 and is the driving force behind Collingwood Coffee College. Her recognised work in the training and leadership field successfully led to receiving a colloquium credit towards her Master of Leadership and has recently graduated from Monash University with a post-graduate certificate in Education Studies. </P>
<P CLASS="MsoNormal"><SPAN>Lisa will facilitate this workshop using zoom online video conference so everyone is welcome to join in and distance is no barrier. When you have registered you will receive a confirmation that includes a link to join in. </SPAN></P>
