Niusha Ghazanfari is a movement coach, mobility specialist, and Dance Movement Therapy facilitator with over 17 years of experience across fitness, rehabilitation, and holistic wellbeing. Beginning her athletic journey at age five, she later moved into strength and conditioning, calisthenics, group fitness, and therapeutic movement. She has facilitated international workshops, supported global training courses, and worked extensively in inclusive and accessible movement spaces.
After navigating her own injuries, Niusha deepened her studies in rehabilitation, corrective exercise, mobility, and mental health. Choosing mobility over surgery became a defining turning point, shaping her mission to help people prevent injury, move without pain, and rebuild trust in their bodies through informed, accessible, and joyful movement.
