Mitch Tambo - Harmony Storytime - Blayney Library
Join us for a special Storytime as part of Harmony Week, with Mitch Tambo!
Join us for a special Storytime during Harmony Week with Australian singer and author, Mitch Tambo!
Mitch Tambo is a famous First Nations singer from Australia who makes fun, happy music for everyone. He sings in English and in Gamilaraay, an Aboriginal language. Mitch loves to dance, wear bright costumes, and make people smile with his songs. His music mixes sounds from his Aboriginal culture and talks about love, hope, and being yourself.
Mitch is also a writer! He made a special book just for kids called I AM ME. It’s about being proud, kind, and strong. Mitch says, “It’s okay to be different. You are amazing just the way you are!” His songs and stories help children feel happy and brave.
Mitch will be joining us at Blayney Library to read his debut kids book, I Am Me.
Our special Harmony Storytime is for all kids from birth-5years old.
