Women often find ourselves rushing around balancing work, commitments & giving to others, our nervous system is running on overdrive (in fight or flight). We need time to give back to ourselves, find peace & calm our busy minds. Learn supportive breath and yoga poses to help ease into perimenopause and menopause in a supportive environment.


Experience a blissful Mini Yoga Retreat, time connect back to yourself, quieten the mind nervous system.

Retreat includes -
* Yoga Therapy, Yin & supported Restorative Yoga poses
* Tranquilising & calming breathing techniques to use when feeling stressed
* Self-massage with warm essential oils on feet
* Mindfulness exercises
* Experience meditations, relaxations & Yoga Nidra
* Drink & nibbles provided
* Gift bag to take home

A supportive, relaxing & caring environment, no prior yoga experience required, limited to 10 students from the age of 15.

What can I expect & need to bring when attending a Mini Yoga Retreat

  • Please arrive 10mins earlier to get settled & complete a form, lots of free street parking right outside.
  • Please bring a yoga mat & handtowel to place over the studio's padded mats, bolsters/head pillows.
  • Wear warm comfortable clothing and bring a blanket as the body cools down in meditation.
  • Bathroom available, may want to bring a bottle of water.
  • Start with an opening circle option to introtuce yourself to help feel comfortable & supported within the group.
  • Now time to lie down as you will be guided to focus on the breath with body scan, allowing the relaxation to begin.
  • Start by slowly warming up the body with yoga poses & stretches, helping to connect body & mind, relaxation.
  • Time for a break with warm drink and nibbles.
  • Now time for the essential oil massage then restorative yoga poses, supports available include - bolsters, warm wheat bags, warm stones for the hands, eye pillows.
  • Yoga Nidra meditation to finish, then slowly sit up to close the circle.
  • Suitable for all (age 16+) no prior experience needed.

About your host Sara:

  • Qualified Yoga Teacher (Hatha, Yin & Restorative) Teach weekly yoga classes
  • Offer Mini Yoga retreats every 2 months (Sat 2-5pm)
  • Certified Diploma Sound Healer Practioner (with Sound Healing Academy)
  • Run monthly Sound Bath Meditations - (Fri 7-8.30pm)
  • Provide 1:1 Personal Sound Healing 75min sessions through the week
  • Offering a calming environment to allow the mind to quieten so you can come into a state of deep relaxation and allow the body to heal itself.

Plenty of street parking, well lite at night as you walk up the path, follow to the left to the studio door path amoungst the lush garden.
