To support comfort and deeper connection, spaces are limited and the session is held in a small group setting 🤍.
What to Expect ✨
- Dissolve stress 🕊️ and release tension from your body and mind
- Develop emotional wellbeing 💛 through mindful movement and intuitive art
- Experience new insights, perspectives, and purpose as you slow down and reflect

Healing Yoga 🧘♀️
We begin with gentle pranayama (breathwork) 🌬️ to calm the nervous system and open the body’s energy channels.
This is followed by slow, mindful movement guided by deep, conscious breathing to release tension, restore balance, and invite a sense of inner calm and peace 🌸.
No prior yoga experience is needed.
Healing Art 🎨
This is not about making “good” art, but about allowing yourself the freedom to explore and express ✨.
You will be guided to work with natural elements 🌿 and a variety of art materials, allowing you to reconnect with your inner nature through texture, colour, and intuitive movement.
Through intuitive art-making, you may gently and unconsciously process emotions 🖌️, allowing space for clarity and self-connection, while releasing emotional tension in a natural and supported way 💛.

Our mini retreat is held at Bellbunya Eco Community, a serene and nurturing space surrounded by nature and stunning views 🌄. Here, you can fully unwind your mind and reconnect with yourself, away from the busyness of the world.
Bellbunya is an eco-friendly, permaculture-focused community 🌱 that supports sustainable practices and fosters connection. By holding our retreat here, we celebrate and support a space dedicated to community, sustainability, and the wellbeing of our planet 🌏.
