Event description

Performance Improvement Through Mindset Transformation

Do you ever feel STUCK? Is there ONE ISSUE that you just can’t seem to make progress with?

Make a BREAKTHROUGH in your performance at work:

  • Uncover unseen assumptions, beliefs and blind spots.

  • Address and remove roadblocks to change.

  • Apply world renowned expertise.

Get ready to DO something DIFFERENT and get new RESULTS. Using a new model of CHANGE we mix THEORY & PRACTICE that leans heavily on thinkers in the world of adult development, particularly the work of Harvard's Robert Kegan and Lisa Laskow Lahey. As participants you will be supported in a safe environment to identify the One Big Thing that would make the biggest difference to your performance.

It could be in any area including:

  • Managing a difficult relationship

  • Influencing (up, across, sideways or out)

  • Delegating

  • Self-care

  • Speaking up

  • Expanding your team’s impact inside or outside the organisation

Over a period of 7 weeks you will gain access to a PROVEN framework and individual COACHING conversations to SHIFT YOUR MINDSET. You are encouraged to seek input from those around you: direct reports, manager, partner; to understand One Big Thing you could GET BETTER at.

If you are:

  • Open to GROW & STRETCH through the 7 week process.

  • Willing to look at CHALLENGES you want to address.

  • Committed to LEARNING how to change your performance.

Then this program is for YOU!

"From the first session I could see this programme works. It digs deep into why we are afraid to change, and confronted with that immunity, we can see why we undermine earlier change efforts, and what we really need to do – and do it. Highly recommended as a change methodology.”–Professor Kate Kearins, Pro Vice Chancellor and Dean of the Faculty of Business, Economics and Law, Auckland University of Technology.

  • Performance improvement in key areas of performance.

  • A deepened level of self-awareness.

  • Learning an effective methodology to transform your behaviour in other areas, professional or personal─even when you thought you’d never be able to.

  • Insights that will expand the difference you can make with your direct reports.

  • A significant step in the journey to building a ‘growth mindset’ culture.

The greater your engagement throughout the program, the greater your results. An average of 1 – 2 hours of learning through action per week is recommended.

  • 1hour introductory conference call.

  • 3 x 2 hour workshops over 7 weeks.

  • 2 x 1hour one-on-one coaching sessions to support your learning. Scheduled after workshops 1 and 2.

  • Copy of Immunity to Change: How to Overcome It and Unlock the Potential in Yourself and Your Organisation.

Whose potential is not being reached, or whose performance is being limited by a particular performance issue.

Who want to learn how to make sustained change, and progress on one issue in particular.

Who understand the relationship between their business performance and employees being the best they can be ─ understanding their blind spots, taking responsibility for their actions, bringing energy to their work.
