58 Palmerin Street Warwick, QLD 4370 AustraliaA relaxing one-hour session, twice a month. Mindfulness is the practice of gently focusing your attention on the present moment and without judgement. Sessions include learning how to use mindfulness techniques to reduce stress, anxiety and help calm the busy mind, using breath work and guided meditations. All sessions are small groups and are held in the activity room at Headspace Warwick. ages 12-25
