Our day-long retreats give you the perfect opportunity to deepen your mindfulness practice and get back into balance. This retreat (via Zoom) will consist of meeting several times a day online for group instruction, presentations on the key principles of mindfulness, guided mindfulness practices and Q & A sessions. We will cover both theory of mindfulness and practical exercises & meditations leading towards inner calm, presence and well-being.
