Join Guy Robbins, Gisborne resident and experienced psychologist, to learn and practice mindfulness for wellbeing. This three-session course will include instruction, discussion and guided practice in a small group setting. Suitable for people of all ages and walks of life.

Guy Robbins has delivered health and wellbeing programs across private, public and corporate sectors, incorporating mindfulness into his personal life and professional career for 40 years.

Attendance at all sessions encouraged.
