About this Event

This Short course in Mindful Self-Compassion (SC-MSC) is a 6-week program developed from the evidence-based healthcare adaptation of Mindful Self-Compassion, an empirically supported program of Dr. Kristin Neff at UT Austin and Dr. Chris Germer at Harvard Medical School.

Research conducted in 2019 suggests that this short course program leads to a reduction in stress, depression, secondary traumatic stress and burnout, and an increase in compassion, mindfulness, and job satisfaction in healthcare professionals.

Starting on Thursday 7 May 2020 from 6:15pm to 7:15pm John Julian with Paola Cheng and the US-based Center for Mindful Self-Compassion will present online 6 weekly one hour sessions in Mindful Self-compassion.

Your booking will include all 6 online sessions.

Session dates for 2020 include: 7 May, 14 May, 21 May, 28 May, 4 June, 11 June
