Mindful Rest & Reset: Community Wellbeing Series for Women
For women who need rest but find it hard to give themselves permission to slow down — come breathe, reflect, and reconnect.
Mindful Rest & Reset is a community wellbeing series for women who juggle many roles and are looking for a dedicated time each week to slow down and reset. Whether you're navigating work, home, or community life (or all three), this is time set aside just for you.
Each 90-minute session weaves together:
- Simple mindfulness practices such as seated breathing, gentle awareness exercises, and optional light movement
- Guided journaling and reflection
- Facilitated group conversation (sharing is always optional)
The sessions invite you to explore what rest means for you, including both active and quiet forms, and discover small, practical ways to renew your energy in daily life.
The space is inclusive and welcoming of women from diverse cultural backgrounds and life experiences.
This series is facilitated by Cindy Ho from Rest Without Guilt.
You’re welcome to attend one session or all three.

- A calm and welcoming space — arrive, settle in, and leave the to-do list at the door
