Here’s a bit about me... Dr Daniella Goldberg
Hi ! I've transitioned through my rite of passage from peri to post menopause with the practice of yoga and mindfulness by the ocean alongside me. My own journey and challenges inspired me to share with you.

At crossroads in my science career, struggling in my 40’s with mood swings, body aches, sleepless nights and a serious thyroid issue.. I turned to the mat for yoga, soon after I attended a yoga retreat - it was life-changing! A light bulb switched on and started me on the path as a yoga teacher. I trained in Sydney and then as a meditation guide in India.now I’m delighted to share my wisdom with you.

As a meditation & yoga teacherand medical scientist, I share modern and ancient practices that release stress, boost wellbeing & inspire gratitude & joy in your life.

For 10 + years I’ve led yoga & mindful classes & hosted many workshops and retreats for women at exotic locations by the ocean, in the bush and in India .
