You do not starve yourself or have to drink 5 green juice a day! (but adding one would be ok!)

Are you wondering if you need to detox? I suggest everyone do one at least 2 times a year.
JUst being human means your body gets overlaoded with toxins on a daily basis, even if you are clean living.

Science now supports the important connection between the mind and the body – and if one part is not right – then neither is the other part, which is why we are looking at both the Mind and Body for a full and complete Detox experience.
