Welcome to our in‑person Novice Powerlifting Competition, where first‑time lifters can showcase their strength, determination, and heart — all for a great cause. This event is more than a competition; it’s an opportunity to lift with purpose as we proudly support MS Plus via Do It For MS fundraising platform, helping improve the lives of people living with multiple sclerosis.
Join us for a day filled with energy, encouragement, and empowerment. Whether you’re chasing PBs, stepping onto the platform for the first time, or simply supporting the community, every lift helps make a difference.
We’ll be following the IPF Rulebook, in a Raw 3‑Lift format featuring:
- Squat
- Bench Press
- Deadlift
Each competitor will have 3 attempts per lift. No equipment list required — bring your determination, a great attitude, and get ready to enjoy your first ever powerlifting comp in a safe, supportive environment. Limited to 30 entries to ensure a smooth and beginner‑friendly experience.
