MIGRATION – Stories from Banyule carries fourteen extraordinary narratives by and about people from England, Italy, Greece, Malta, Poland and Slovenia.

Their stories could well change the way you have been thinking about immigrants, refugees and migration issues.

The program includes:

- Readings from book: MIGRATION – Stories from Banyule.

- Screening of short documentaries.

- Panel discussion led by Maria Vamvakinou MP: how the experiences of earlier generations of migrants can inform the integration of newly arrived immigrants and refugees.

- This is the latest project of the “What Happened at the Pier” program, developed under the auspice of Multicultural Arts Victoria.
