The Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) qualification is recognised worldwide, it trains MHFAiders to assist people in mental health crises with reasonable care and skill. The Australian MHFA is a useful qualification for students entering the human services, such as nursing, midwifery, social work, paramedicine, education, and many more.
