Mental Health Workshop Series

1. Understanding and identifying Stress – March 21st

2. Stress management tools – April 18th

3. The impact of Stress on relationships – May 16th

4. Supporting others who are Stressed through listening and empathy – June 20th

5. Understanding ADHD – July 18th

6. Managing ADHD in relationships – August 15th

This interactive workshop series is designed to build a clear, practical understanding of how stress impacts mental health, relationships, and everyday decision-making. Participants will explore how stress shows up in their lives and learn effective, realistic tools to help navigate personal, relational, and professional pressures with greater confidence and clarity.

While each workshop can be attended as a standalone session, participating in the full series allows for deeper insight and a more layered understanding, as concepts and skills are progressively built upon. These once monthly sessions are not traditional presentations; they are experiential, workshop-based learning opportunities. Participants receive guided worksheets to personalise their learning and are encouraged to reflect, share, and brainstorm with the presenter and fellow participants. The format is supportive and collaborative, much like a group coaching experience.

Facilitated by Rachel Jakobi, a Relationship and Life Coach who has supported individuals and couples in Darwin since 2010, the series is grounded in real-world experience. Rachel has observed that the most successful and resilient people share one key skill: the ability to regulate their stress response. This skill empowers individuals to make choices from a place of calm, love, and logic rather than fear or overwhelm—supporting stronger relationships, clearer goals, and more meaningful, connected lives.

TICKETS FOR EACH EVENT WILL BE RELEASED 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO DATES STATED ABOVE
