Nationally Recognised Course in Mental Health Support for First Responders. Participants will learn to recognise the difference between a Mental health Concern and a Mental Health Crisis. They will also learn how to provide peer support, initiate conversations about mental health, and connect colleagues with professional mental health services when necessary. The course emphasises the importance of reducing stigma around mental health and fostering a supportive work environment.”
