Our Walking Group provides a caring environment for individuals to come together for some gentle exercise and share their experiences.

Come and join us for a walk in the beautiful scenery of Heirisson Island, where we share our thoughts and connect with others.

Who

Adults aged 18+
Mental Health Carers (individuals supporting a family member, loved one, or friend with a mental health challenge)

Where

Heirisson Island: Meet at the Point Café, 9.30 in the carpark.

When

Monthly (Please choose a date above)

Bring

Weather appropriate attire, walking shoes, sunblock.

Cost

This program is funded to support Mental Health Carers and is provided at no cost to participants.

Please note: This booking is an Expression of Interest only and does not confirm attendance.

A member of the HelpingMinds team will contact you to complete the registration and eligibility process.
If we are unable to make contact within 5 business days, your Expression of Interest may be withdrawn.

Once eligibility is confirmed, an official Eventbrite ticket will be issued.
