Are you a mental health carer looking for connection and support? Our free support group offers a safe and welcoming space to connect with others who understand the challenges of caring for a loved one.

This group provides an opportunity to:

• Share experiences and concerns in a confidential and caring environment.
• Receive support and understanding from others who relate to your journey.
• Enjoy a morning tea while building meaningful connections with fellow carers.
• Learn about additional resources and supports available to assist you.

Please note that this booking is an ‘Expression of Interest’ and not confirmation of attendance.

A member of our team will contact you to complete the HelpingMinds registration and eligibility process. If we have not been able to make contact with you in 5 business days your Expression of Interest will be withdrawn.

Once a HelpingMinds team member has confirmed the registration and eligibility an official ticket will be provided via Eventbrite.
