Mental Health Carer Peer Support Group: PDA Support | Hillarys

Overview

Mental Health Carers Peer Support Group is a therapeutic group program designed for adult Mental Health Carers aged 18+.

Mental Health Carer Peer Support Group: PDA Support – Adult Workshop / Support Group

Caring for someone with a PDA profile can be overwhelming—and isolating. You’re not alone.

This support group is for carers of individuals with a Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) profile. It’s a safe, understanding space to connect with others who get it, share experiences, and collaborate to learn PDA‑affirming approaches that prioritise anxiety, autonomy, and wellbeing.

No judgement. No pressure. Just understanding, connection, and support.
