Caring for the Mental Health Carer: Laughing Yoga – Adult Workshop
Caring for others starts with caring for yourself. Laughing Yoga offers mental health carers a simple, evidence‑informed way to release stress, boost mood, and reconnect with joy—no jokes, no experience needed.
