About this event

Mental Health and Wellbeing

This event is focused on improving the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people in your care. Our expert speaker will provide valuable insights on how to identify signs and symptoms when a child or young person may be struggling with their mental health, how to implement therapeutic interventions at home, and provide you with a list of service providers who are there to support you and your young person when experiencing challenges.

You'll also learn about various techniques and practices that can help you cultivate a positive mindset and improve your overall wellbeing. Children who have experienced trauma will likely need some additional support for their mental health and wellbeing at some point their life. Don't miss out on this opportunity!
