STYLE:
Yin yoga is a gentle floor-based practice that utilises props and 10% effort to release deeper into a set of poses.
Limit of 8 students in the studio.
This Nude class is for all those who identify as male, irrespective of sexuality, shape, age, and experience.
You may need a mat, blankets, yoga blocks and strap if you have one. We provide all of this in the studio, but it is advised you bring your own mat and towel for hygiene reasons. If you need one, please txt me directly.

I will mute you all during class so no one else is disturbed with other sounds but their own. You will still be able to hear the sounds from my studio.
Feel free to have your camera off, tilt your screen or dim the light if you prefer more privacy. I will provide verbal corrections where required.
