Men's Nude Yoga class Sundays with male yoga teacher Frank.

STYLE:

This is a General yoga class for all levels. We will start off with some warm-ups and sequenced movements. The 2nd half of the class you will be paired to do some partnered poses.

Limit of 10 students in the studio.

This Nude class is for all those who identify as male, irrespective of sexuality, shape, age, and experience.

You may need a mat, blankets, yoga blocks and strap if you have one. We provide all of this in the studio, but it is advised you bring your own mat and towel for hygiene reasons. If you need one, please txt me directly.
