Embrace the power of the breath and join a community of men for a profound breathwork experience!

Join Trauma-Informed Somatic Breathwork Practitioner and Coach, Joey Molloy as we deep dive into the subconscious mind in this 90 minute Breathwork Journey.

For the journey, Joey will introduce the theme of the practice to prime the subconscious, intentions will be shared and an explanation of the breathing patterns will be given. After a demonstration of the breath and guidance on safety, you’ll lie down comfortably, and be guided through an Activating Breathwork complemeted by music to support your journey within. Afterwards, you will experience a guided meditation as you sink deeper into the subconscious mind and time to integrate the experience.

Through this experience, you will activate new neural pathways in the brain, allowing for intuition to speak, clarity to rise and connection to be felt.

What is breathwork?

Breathwork is an active meditation technique that enhances the connection between your mind, body, and spirit. By engaging in deliberate breathing patterns, we can tap into the subconscious mind, revealing and addressing outdated thoughts and beliefs, releasing intense emotions, and effectively reprogramming our nervous system.

What are the benefits of breathwork?

It's hard to describe the magic of breathwork; however, some tangible effects, include:

Body / Physical: Detoxing the body, helping bring in more alkalinity and offsetting acidity, releasing physical pain from the body, assisting in proper digestion, feeding oxygen to the blood, muscles, organs and brain and boosting immunity.
