Kylee Davidson has worked for over 20 years in the remuneration and benefits consulting space providing data driven solutions across SME’s, listed and unlisted companies. Understanding clients’ needs and maintaining a ‘client-first’ mentality has been Kylee’s ethos in all her roles, focussing on the delivery of high-quality solutions. At GRG she has been able to harness her past learnings to design, develop and deliver a unique product that specifically addresses the demands of executive market data.

Fun fact: Kylee owns a pet calf called Churchill which is kept on her farm in the Kiewa valley.
