Member Recruitment - attracting, engaging and retaining members

Designed for local community groups and sporting clubs, the training will open one's eyes to 'thinking differently' about members needs and networking activities and consider more opportunities for growing, attracting, recruiting, engaging and retaining members.

The session will cover:

• Appreciating the changing landscape of group membership
• Having strategies for attracting and recruiting new members
• Knowing what members are looking for from their groups and clubs
• Understanding why people remain loyal to community groups
• Being able to tell the organisation's story and the benefits of being a member
• Determining ideas for engaging and retaining members
