The 6th annual Melbourne WebFest will be held 28 June - 1 July 2018

Single session tickets for screenings, panels and workshops are available at the door for $15 until sold out.

Join us for the official opening of the sixth annual Melbourne WebFest. Featuring keynote by Julie Kalceff, creator of one of Australia's most successful and longest-running web series, Starting From Now. The series has amassed a staggering 100 million views.

Three screening blocks featuring some of the best web series from Australia and around the globe.

Two discussion panels featuring filmmakers and industry experts: "audience strategies" and "Diversity on the web".

And, #Pitchiview is BACK! Submissions are free, and open until midnight on 8 June. Festival attendees will also have the opportunity to submit wildcard entries during the festival. Full details about #Pitchiview, panels and individual screening blocks on web site!


NETWORKING PARTY

Join us for the sixth annual Melbourne WebFest Awards, hosted by Dean Haglund of The X-Files fame AND Shakespeare Republic. This is an awards ceremony with a difference. No long and boring acceptance speeches. No long lists of thank yous. Expect the unexpected. This is awards done right, done fun.

Free drink on entry provided by Colonial Brewing Company.

After the gala awards, we move to the party to Beer Deluxe. Let your hair down, help us celebrate the award winners and the successful completion of the sixth anniversary of Australia’s international web series festival.
