The 'meet and greet' process at the airport is where our international guests gain their first impressions of Melbourne and Australia.

To have our best foot forward as Australia's borders re-open to the world, TGA is offering our members the opportunity to visit Melbourne Airport for a FREE walk-through famil tour that simulates the journey (arrival and departure processes) that tour guides and our guests need to be familiar with for seamless transfers.

There have been several changes at Melbourne Airport, so this is a great opportunity to be re-oriented to the layout and placement of key services.

The famil tour will be led by Melbourne Airport Traveller Experience staff and include:

• airport layout
• COVID compliance
• providing arrival and departure assistance for individual guests and large tour groups
• domestic and international terminals
• airport services - duty free, customs, food & drink, check-in, baggage handling, first aid, parking
• lounges
• meeting transport - coaches, private vehicles, Skybus, taxis, Ubers
• progress on 3rd runway and implications for flights
• resources for tour guides

Please allow 2 hours for the famil tour.

You are welcome to join us for lunch at the airport following the tour.
