Peter was a founder of Arcadian Organics & Natural Food Co., one of Australia’s pioneering organic beef exporters, which has been recently acquired by Hewitt Foods.

Peter is widely respected for his leadership in developing organic supply chains and export markets and will join the meeting as a guest speaker for a Q&A, sharing insights from his career and the evolution of Australia’s organic beef industry.
